"Sessions" is about the many unofficial "therapy sessions" I've had with a few friends at work. These friends make up the HR department, called "P&C". Throughout this track, there are light conversations I've had with all 3 of them. They've all played a big role in my recovery process and were there for me when I needed them, so I wanted to reference them in the music I was making during this time. They are sampled throughout the album.
