A Moment to Myself

While I was trying to become myself again, one of my coworkers suggested that I write down my thoughts on paper as a way of getting it out. I thought that was a good idea, but I wanted to record it instead as a reference point down the line. In this recording, I'm talking to myself about me finally opening about it and how I've been feeling about it all. I then took this recording and made this song out of it. It's the only song on the album where I was holding back tears while putting it together. It's a very personal one.
